01 · The hinges
Ball-bearing hinges, not just hinges
Two hundred fifty pounds a panel, swinging on the same arc for years.
A standard hinge wears at the pin under repeated load. A ball-bearing hinge carries that load on bearings rather than bare metal, so the swing stays smooth and the panel keeps closing flush to the frame instead of sagging at the latch side over time.
Both panels use them, on every configuration in this line.
02 · The hardware
Bored for the hardware you choose
No handle arrives fitted. That is deliberate, not an omission.
A hinged patio door is typically finished with hardware chosen to match the rest of the home, so this line ships without a handle or lockset, and with each panel already double bored to receive them.
Nothing further needs to be drilled; the hardware itself is the only thing still to source. Available in White and, across a portion of the range, Black.
03 · The seal
A seal built to close the same way twice
Weatherstripping that brushes past a frame wears thin. This one is squeezed.
Compression weatherstripping closes against the frame under pressure rather than sliding past it, so it presses tighter with use instead of wearing down.
Behind it sits a polyurethane foam core, and around the whole assembly a full composite frame that holds true through a humid summer and a hard freeze without swelling or shrinking.

Clear, divided light and grilles read differently across the same edge-to-edge glazing. Blinds-between-glass adds a sealed shade.
