On most doors: a drag at the leading edge, a lift to clear the track, a handle that has to be worked rather than pulled.
None of that is inevitable. Two panels ride on rollers built to carry the full weight of the glass indefinitely, sealed by a compression strip that holds tighter with use, inside a frame that does not warp with the weather that moves through it.

01 · The carriage
Built to carry the same weight at year twenty
Two hundred fifty pounds a panel, on a track engineered to take it indefinitely.
Each panel rides on stainless steel tandem rollers, two wheels per carriage rather than one, spreading the load instead of concentrating it at a single wheel. That is the difference between a door that still tracks straight after years of use and one that drags at the leading edge.
The handle set and lockset are fitted at the factory, so there is nothing left to source or bore.
02 · The seal
A seal that holds tighter with use
Most weatherstripping wears thin. This is built to do the opposite.
Compression weatherstripping closes by being squeezed against the frame, not brushed past it, so each close presses the seal tighter rather than wearing it down.
Behind it, a polyurethane foam core; around the whole unit, a full composite frame that keeps its shape through a wet season and a dry one, without swelling or shrinking.
03 · The glass
Where performance splits by glass style
Twenty of twenty-four configurations meet ENERGY STAR in every US zone. Four do not.
The difference is the glass, not the frame. Clear, simulated divided light and grilles-between-glass carry a 0.26 U-Factor and 0.18 SHGC, certified in all four zones. The four blinds-between-glass configurations carry a 0.30 U-Factor and 0.35 SHGC, and are not certified.
Both figures come from the same testing standard; they simply describe two different glass assemblies honestly.

Choose the glass, not the door
Clear, divided light and grilles share one certified performance. Blinds-between-glass adds a sealed shade, with its own figures, stated in full.
Grilles between the glass
A visible grid set inside the sealed unit, with no bar to clean.
Simulated divided light
Surface-mounted bars for a deeper, more traditional profile.
Clear glass
No pattern at all, two full-height panels of uninterrupted glass.
Blinds between the glass
A shade sealed inside the glass cavity, nothing to dust, its own thermal figures.

Set in a jamb 5.75 inches deep; each panel weighs 250 pounds fully glazed. What is ordered is what is installed.
